The Weekender is the perfect place to relax in comfort and enjoy the outdoors. Located only 3 miles from downtown Asheville, it's the perfect home base for exploring all the area has to offer. Just 6 miles to the Biltmore Estate, 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway and centrally located to many activities. After a day of exploring, relax on the porch and watch the sunset, or watch the sheep in the pasture or wild turkeys passing through. If you like to bike there is an excellent greenway that starts a couple of miles away. You can park near New Belgium brewery and bike along the French Broad River to Carrier Park and Hominy Creek greenway for a flat, fun leisurely walk or bike ride. BYOB (bring your own bikes).
