  The Weekender is the perfect place to relax in comfort and enjoy the outdoors.  Beautiful wooded setting, pasture views, fire pit (with complimentary fire wood) luxurious king size adjustable bed, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and gas grill with side burner. Located only 3 miles from downtown Asheville, it's the perfect home base for exploring all the area has to offer. Just 6 miles to the Biltmore Estate, 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway and centrally located to many activities.  After a day of exploring, relax on the porch and watch the sunset, or watch the sheep in the pasture or wild turkeys passing through. If you like to bike there is an excellent greenway that starts a couple of miles away. You can park near New Belgium brewery and bike along the French Broad River to Carrier Park and Hominy Creek greenway for a flat, fun leisurely walk or bike ride. BYOB (bring your own bikes). Welcome to 3 Mile Cabin Vacation Rentals! Located in the Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, we are only 3 miles from downtown Asheville.  Close enough to explore and enjoy all there is offer   nearby,  (Biltmore is 6 miles away, the Blue Ridge Parkway 10 miles) while having a private place to relax and refresh between adventures. Enjoy the hot tub, solo burner fire pit with complimentary fire wood, or just sitting on the front porch relaxing and watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and there is a gas grill outside as well. Plenty of parking, cable, Netflix, Amazon and WiFi.
